Superb Microvascular Imaging (SMI)*

SMI is a technology that expands the range of visible blood flow and provides visualization of low microvascular flow never seen before with ultrasound. Compared to conventional Doppler technologies, the advantages of SMI are high frame rates, high resolution, high sensitivity and fewer motion artifacts.

This gives clinicians a new way to reveal minute vessels when evaluating lesions, cysts, inflammatory diseases and tumors. SMI offers an efficient tool for fetal assessment and patient monitoring during treatment phase.

Allows clinicians to assess perfusion dynamics.

Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS)*

CEUS is capable of providing real time, high-resolution perfusion information and is one of the advanced technologies for differentiation of focal liver lesions. The contrast agents are microbubbles of a few micrometers in diameter and stable enough to circulate in the body with intravenous injection.

Shadow Glass*

Using this semi-transparent glass effect can help physicians assess different layers of tissue and position of vessels all at the same time. Shadow Glass combined with functional data may help to better understand pathology.

A wide range of MultiView options* provide high-resolution cross sections, helping you to better understand anatomical relationships or the extent of a given lesion.

Aplio's i-series iSense design can help boost productivity during daily routine exams as well as more most complex cases. It's smaller and lighter, design makes it easy to maneuver. With over 36 cm panel height adjustment, lateral slide and a fully articulating monitor arm, Aplio i-series helps you to optimally adjust the console to virtually any scanning position.

Remote Access 2nd Console

Aplio i-series allows you to remotely operate the system from a wireless tablet. This is especially helpful during MSK and vascular exams where it can be difficult to scan a patient and reach the panel at the same time, without losing sight of the monitor.

The wireless tablet is also ideal for scanning in mobile environments, sterile situations and for infection control to protect the system from possible contamination.
