CT/MR Modality Fusion

  • Enables the 3D Volume data to be superimposed on the live fluoro display
  • Provides additional views of the vascular anatomy to aid clinicians during interventional procedures
  • When the C-arm rotates, the transparent volume image rotates as well

CT/MR Modality Fusion

LA Auto Segmentation

  • Software that enables CT data to be superimposed onto live fluoro display using the 3D Roadmap function
  • CT volume, under 800 images, is exported from Vitrea to the angio-workstation
  • Contrast and brightness of the volume rendered image can be adjusted to view specific vascular anatomy
  • The 3D Roadmap function initiates fluoro overlay with the volume data
  • The fused image helps to improve the understanding of and facilitate manipulation of catheter position
  • When the C-arm rotates, the transparent volume image rotates as well

LA Auto Segmentation

Dynamic Trace

  • Can be used in combination with DSA or to supplement DSA or for stand-alone imaging
  • Dynamic Trace reduces the effects of the bones and enhances background compression to emphasize the blood vessels

Dynamic Trace

3D DA Imaging

  • Infinix-i systems provide extensive C-arm rotation with high acquisition rates for high quality 3D reconstructions
  • Powerful 3D multi-modality workstation provides enhanced views of vascular anatomy to aid clinicians in their diagnosis and treatment planning
  • DICOM networking provides access to patient information and enhances department workflow

3D DA Imaging

Volume Navigation: 3D Roadmap

  • 3D fluoroscopy roadmapping function enables a reconstructed 3D image of vessels and the device-enhanced image to be superimposed on the fluoroscopic image, enabling guidewire manipulation or catheterization to be performed while observing the course of the vessels
  • The 3D image of the vessels automatically changes according to movement of the C-arm and the tabletop
  • This provides additional views of vascular anatomy to aid clinicians during interventional procedures

3D Roadmap

Live Zoom

Potential dose savings compared to traditional field of view (FOV) magnifications.

  • Digitally magnifying the image display from default Magnification Mode
  • Live digital zoom increases image display size in real time during both fluoroscopy and digital acquisition (DA) offering potential dose savings compared to traditional field of view (FOV) magnifications
  • A range of digital zoom modes are offered to change image size and support advanced visualization

Live Zoom

DSA Stepping

  • Used in lower extremity
  • Takes a mask of abdomen to feet
  • Second run allows for the table to be moved (stepped)
  • The clinician follows the injection of contrast from the aorta to the arteries of the feet

DSA Stepping

Low Contrast Imaging (LCI)

  • On table identification of large hematomas or soft tissues during procedures
  • Support drainage placement procedures
  • Reduce patient transfer from angio table to CT suite
  • Visualize stent placement

Low Contrast Imaging

Needle Guidance

  • Supports real time navigation of needle insertion during percutaneous procedures; such as biopsy or RF ablation
  • Identifies the optimum point of needle entry and distance to the targeted anatomy
  • Acquired LCI or 3D-DA images are superimposed over the live fluoroscopic image to provide visualization of anatomical structures during the procedure

Needle Guidance

Neuro Angio

  • Interventional for Stroke/Aneurysm
  • An estimated 6 million people in the US have an un-ruptured brain aneurysm (1 in 50) which are fatal if they rupture*

Neuro Angio

Detector Choices for Every Need

An appropriate panel size is critical to ensuring the best image quality at the lowest dose.

Infinix-i cardiovascular systems are available with different flat panel detector sizes depending on your coverage needs. The overall selection and flexible performance will enhance any imaging department's workflow and patient care.

A uniquely designed mid-sized panel detector provides twice as much anatomical coverage in a single view versus traditional smaller flat panel detectors.

  • 8" x 8" designed primarily for cardiac imaging
  • New 12" x 12" panel designed for cardiovascular procedures
  • 12" x 16" panel, designed primarily for vascular, but can perform cardiac imaging
Flat Panel Detector X-ray Not all flat panel detector sizes are available on all systems.
